Since September 2006 - so 10 years plus.

Have you always lived in Cowra?
I don't live in Cowra - I live in Canowindra.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
I have held lots of positions but immediately before joining CINC I worked for Manildra Flour Mills.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
I enjoy watching the sunrise - and the sunset - preferably while around the rivers or the sea.

What do you do in your spare time?
Spare time??  I have grandchildren & lots of hobbies that help to fill the free hours.

What are 3 words that your friends would say best describe you?
Some-what eclectic.

What's on your bucket list?
Fly vintage aircraft, visit the WW1 battlefields of France and Belgium.

Meet Lyn Beer - Support Worker

How long have you worked at CINC?
2 years.

Have you always lived in Cowra?
Around the district.  I grew up in Koorawatha on a little farm.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
Before joining the CINC team I was volunteering at Meals on Wheels and CINC.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
My favourite part of the day is when my alarm goes off to go to work.

What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy the company  of my family and the grandchildren and I also enjoy fishing.

What are 3 words that your friends would say best describe you?
Kind, happy and caring.

What's on your bucket list?
The only bucket I think about is the Crafty Kids buckets lol.

Meet Rhee Ryan - Community Programs & Family Support

How long have you worked at CINC?
I have been at CINC for just over 2 years.

Have you always lived in Cowra?
I have lived in Cowra most of my life.  I moved to Bathurst for 3 years to go to University, but moved back after I had finished.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
Before I worked at CINC I was studying at University and volunteering at CINC in the Toy Library.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
Every day working at CINC is completely different to the day before but I love being able to support various members of the community and running programs such as Fun Friends & Crafty Kids.

What do you do in your spare time?
Go to the gym, run, read and spend time with my family and friends.

What are 3 words that your friends would say best describe you?
Funny, passionate and moody.

What's on your bucket list?
I'm hoping to travel through Europe as soon as I get over my fear of planes.

No, I've lived in Cowra for 11 years.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
Study and part-time work at the Cowra Regional Art Gallery.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
Those days when a client thanks you for the service they have received.

What do you do in your spare time?
Spend time with my other half, watch movies and eat!

Thoughtful, caring, reliable and consistent.

What's on your bucket list?
To have a vegie garden.

Meet Trish Gundersen - Corporate Services

How long have you worked at CINC?
2 years

Have you always lived in Cowra?
Yes, although spent 2 years working and studying in Melbourne after school before moving back to Cowra.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
Stay at home Mum & working in Accounting.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
I love waking up to morning snuggles from my 2 children each morning, but when I get to work, I love that no 2 hours are the same at CINC, so every part is different and equally the favourite.  The centre is vibrant and we see such a mix of the community come through.

What do you do in your spare time?
Spend time with my 2 children & husband, cook, read & enjoy time with our friends.

What are 3 words that your friends would say best describe you?
Bubbly, caring and hardworking.

What's on your bucket list?
I’d love to show the world to our children, but it is satisfying enough watching them grow each day, that whatever comes our way, I’m ready to embrace it!

Meet Karen Pearson - Corporate Services

How long have you worked at CINC?
A bit over 4 years - I started off part-time, before commencing full-time in 2013.

Have you always lived in Cowra?
No, I've lived in Sydney. The Southern Highlands (Bowral etc), and England.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
I worked as a typesetter at the Cowra Guardian and then volunteered at CINC.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
No favourites, every day presents its own laughs and challenges.

What do you do in your spare time?
As little as possible, enjoying the tranquility of my friends farm, socialising or shopping.

What are 3 words that your friends would say best describe you?
Direct, generous and stylish.

What's on your bucket list?
I ticked one thing off last year, which was a trip to Tasmania, but I hope to travel more.

Meet Donnah Chown - Client Services Worker - Family Support

How long have you worked at CINC?
I have been at CINC for 5 years.

Have you always lived in Cowra?
No, I have lived in Cowra for around 17 years.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
I worked at he Old Vic Inn as a lunchtime cook, Foster Carer, studying Community Services.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
Assisting clients, watching them grow, achieve goals, working with great people and being supported.

What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and family, listening to great music, theatre/concerts and enjoying the company of friends.

Kind/caring, compassionate, honest.

Touring Western Australia, Canadian Rail and River Cruise, Scotland and revisit Tasmania.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
Worked at Coles for 6 years.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
Interacting with clients and helping with their needs, and enjoying seeing them fulfilled.

What do you do in your spare time?
Spend time with my family - family comes first.

Happy-go-lucky, easy to get along with.

This year I'd like to see Sydney Harbour Bridge lit up.

2 years

Have you always lived in Cowra?
No but I grew up here and came back about 6 years ago.

What were you doing before you joined the CINC team?
Volunteering as a Youth Worker.

What are your favourite parts of your day?
Hanging out with the Youth Connect kids, catching up with my colleagues

What do you do in your spare time?
Exercise - cardio and PT. Singing, playing the guitar and playing with my kids
